Watersports.
Being located on the west coast of India, with a coastline 110 km long, Goa is almost one long beach. Goa is also blessed by wide and long rivers and scenic lakes. These assets makes Goa an ideal location for watersports, and like ducks to water Goans use their coast and waterways for a huge array of activities- surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet-skiing, parasailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, jetskis, waterskieng, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching trips and much more.

Wildlife & Bird Watching.
There are many tour operators who conduct guided safaris and cruises. Goa has options for viewing dolphins, crocodiles, lots of birds and wild animals in their live habitat, set amidst breathtakingly beautiful flora and fauna.

Site Seeing.
Churches and Chapels: Most of the churches in Goa date back to the 16th Century and are excellent examples of late Renaissance, early Baroque (Manueline) and Gothic architecture. Most of the churches have very intricate detailing and ornamentation.
Temples: The Goan temples with their domes and red tiled sloping roofs have a distinct architectural style. There are approximately 33 temples in Goa.
Forts: The landscape is dotted by historic forts, from Teracol in the north, to Cabo de Rama in the south.
Museums & Art Galleries:There are various museums & art galleries in Goa.

Fairs & Festivals.
Goa celebrates a number of fairs & festivals around temples & churches commemorating early legends. There are about 12 Hindu festivals & 11 Christian Festivals celebrated in Goa.
